Duties:
Responsible for selling products through door to door contact and home party programs
Created my own leads and sales
Responsible for collecting monies
Responsible for delivering products
Bringing on other agents to sell the products, I made commissions from their sales.


~ Sales Consultant/Take Over Closer/Sales Team Leader ~ 1986 to 1988 - Swan International, United Kingdom.  
 
Duties:  
1st Year, conducted, 1 on 1 sales to couples through a 90-minute timeshare presentation from meeting the clients to closing and completing the financial paperwork. 
Conducted road shows throughout the country, setting up for the seminars and sales.

Duties:
Conducted, 1 on 1 sales to couples through a 90-minute timeshare presentation from meeting the clients to closing and completing the financial paperwork.
Went on road shows throughout the country, setting up for the seminars and sales

Duties:
Controlled a team of 3 team leaders and 15 sales consultants
Seminar presenting to 30 people, having to close all of clients at once
Conducting sales meetings
Recruitment of staff
Training, individual and class
Conducting the daily, weekly and monthly statistics
Reporting daily to the directors

~ Marketing, Sales and Business Director “The Cleaner” ~ 1993 to 1996 - Indonesia - Russia - Ukraine - Kuwait - Indonesia
                                                                                                              (6/12 month contracts for the purpose of furthering my knowledge & experience)

I was employed to clean up businesses that were either depleted, lacking direction or losing money.  My task was to make the operation a success, without any extra financial resources, simply work with what was already set in place.

Duties:

Responsible for re-developing the business
Re-developing  “the trust factor” for the directors and senior management, remembering a business that is making a loss depletes everyone
Re-developing the marketing departments planning/structures/personnel or introducing new ones
Re-developing the sales departments planning/structures/personnel or introducing new ones
Re-developing the administration & fulfillment departments’ planning/structures/personnel or introducing new ones
Training the call centers, sales staff and more importantly, “the management”
Some seminar presenting of up to 70 people via interpreters, closing sales after 90 minutes, no rubbish of “I want to think about it”
I was able to take a sales operation from 2% closing over 18 months to 17% closing in 9 days
We were also able to close 85% of the seminar presentations at times

Generally overseeing the running of the operation

I was employed to run the operation and create profits.  I created 2 road shows that traveled throughout Australia; this was by far the biggest learning experience ever. ("The culture shock" how the Australian thinks)

Duties:
Responsible for managing the business that started with 15 employees
Created 2 road shows with 10 staff on each road show
Organize the demographics and where the venues should be according to population
Created the marketing to give the 2 sales departments 100 qualified leads each week to sit through a presentation
On-going training to senior management staff in all departments of marketing, sales, administration and fulfillment (collection of monies)
